Serge Theophile's Chili-Hot Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 mango, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1⁄4 cup chipped of fresh mint
- 1⁄2 cup rum
- 1 teaspoon chopped hot pepper
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and toss until well-blended. Chill for at least 2 hours, toss again, and serve.
