Self-Rising Cornmeal

• Yields: 4 cups

Ingredients

• 1  cup plain flour
• 3  cups cornmeal
• 2  tablespoons baking powder
• 2  teaspoons salt

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Store in tightly covered can or container.
3. Use in any recipe calling for self-rising cornmeal.
