Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 2 teaspoons icing sugar (powdered sugar)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 teaspoons cream of tartar
Directions
- Sift all ingredients together and use as required.
- All amounts can be doubled for a larger amount.
