From daughters of Norway. Another person said that they put anise seeds on bottom; that is not what this recipe said.   1. Beat eggs until frothy.
  2. Add anise.
  3. Add powdered sugar gradually, beating continuously.
  4. Add flour and baking powder.
  5. Dough should be tough to work from what I've read.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
  7. Let stand overnight.
  8. In the morning, bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.
  9. A pretty white icing will appear on these cookies.
