Seefood Fettuccine Alfredo 438cal

Ingredients
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled (I take the tail off too)
- 1 lb sea scallops (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 2 cups half-and-half cream (found in the milk section)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 lb crabmeat, shell pieces removed (can be imitation)
- 3⁄4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, shredded, divided
- 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- 1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain.
- 2. While pasta cooks, melt butter in a 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
- 3. Add onions and garlic; saute 1 minute or until tender.
- 4. Add shrimp and scallops; saute 3 minutes or until done.
- 5. Reduce heat to meium low. Add half-and-half, salt, pepper, and crabmeat.
- 6. Cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly (do not boil).
- 7. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over seafood mixture, stirring constantly.
- 8. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- 9. Remove from heat.
- 10. Combine pasta and seafood mixture in a large bowl.
- 11. Top with 1/4 cup cheese and parsley.
