Seasoning Blend - Creole Style

This is a great Creole seasoning mix. It's perfect for seasoning meats, fish, soups and stews, rice - you name it!

• Yields: 1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons onion powder
• 2  tablespoons garlic powder
• 2  tablespoons dried oregano
• 2  tablespoons dried basil
• 1  tablespoon dried thyme
• 1  tablespoon black pepper
• 1  tablespoon white pepper
• 1  tablespoon cayenne pepper
• 5  tablespoons paprika
• 3  tablespoons kosher salt

Directions

1. Mix all of the ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
