Seashells' Dutch Pot or Crock Pot Cheese Meatball Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup corn
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 cup potato, chopped 1/2-inch inch
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup carrot, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) jar Cheez Whiz (add after soup is cooked)
Directions
- Mix and shape first 5 ingredients into small balls.
- Mix water, vegetables, seasonings in large Dutch oven pot.
- Add meatballs.
- Stir gently.
- Bring to boil, cover and simmer on low until veggies are done, about 2 hours.
- Before serving, add cheez whiz and stir gently.
- May also cook in Crock pot on low for 8 to 10 hours.
