Seashells' Carrot Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese
- crushed potato chips
Directions
- Boil carrots until half done in small amount of water.
- Drain and place in casserole.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Cover with crushed potato chips.
- Bake at 350 F for 35-45 minutes or until carrots are tenter.
