Seafood Salad Wrap Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 8 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 1⁄2 lbs cooked peeled baby shrimp
- 1⁄2 lb imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb provolone cheese, sliced
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, shrimp and crab meat, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- On each wrap lay down cheese slices.
- Load on salad.
- Wrap and serve immediately.
