Seafood Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 quart heavy whipping cream
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 2 cups pasta noodles, dry
- 1 (12 ounce) package of crab classics crabmeat
- 1 (12 ounce) package of lobster classics lobster meat
- 1⁄2 white onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped small
Directions
- In small sauce pan pour quart of heavy whipping cream, 1/2 stick of butter. As butter melts slowly put in grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until butter and cheese are melted. Put on low medium heat for about 5 minutes then turn off heat.
- Cook pasta noodles as normal, drain water and put in a deep bowl. In a frying pan melt the other 1/2 stick of butter and 2 tablespoons of white wine then add chopped garlic and onions and saute. Then chop crab and lobster meat into cubes and add to frying pan. Cook for about 5 minutes, add pasta to frying pan and pour Alfredo sauce mixture in at the same time.
- Keep on medium heat for 4 more minutes.
- Perfect meal for 2! or double the recipe for more.
