Seafood Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (40 g) package Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream
- 1 (125 g) package cream cheese
- 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 shallot
- parsley
- 1 (170 g) can crabmeat (approximate can size) or 1 (170 g) can lobster meat (approximate can size)
Directions
- Soften cream cheese; add soup mix and stir well.
- Mix in other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with vegetables, crackers or chips.
- NOTE: You can add a package of cooked, drained and finely chopped spinach to add more colour and a little different taste. If so, add it at the end.
