Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 garlic clove, crushed or chopped
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
- 1⁄4 cup champagne (sparkling wine)
Directions
- Melt butter in sauce pan and add all ingredients and simmer until ready to use. This is best if kept warm with butter warmers while you eat.
