Scrumptious Pumpkin Bars W/ Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
Pumpkin Bars
- 4 eggs
- 1 2⁄3 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Frosting
- 1 (3 ounce) cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
- Pumpkin bars:
- In a large bowl, beat together eggs, sugaar, oil and pumpkin.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and baking soda.
- Spread into ungreased 15x10 pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool completely, frost and cut into bars.
- Frosting:
- Cream together cream cheese and butter.
- Stir in vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
- Beat until smooth.
