Scrambled Seaweed

A small appetizer or quick snack that doesn't take more than five minute to make. It's nice and tasty. I made it up myself^_^ Show more

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients

  • 3  large eggs
  •  green nori seaweed flakes (not much)

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Put some oil into a pan and scramble them eggs.
  3. Don't make them too dry, and take them out into a separate bowl or plate.
  4. Lay out your seaweed onto a clean surface.
  5. Put some eggs in there and roll it up like an eggroll.
  6. Let the seaweed soften for a minute.
  7. Serve^_^.
