Scrambled Eggs

I like my scrambled eggs with a slight bite. Cheese is important but it should not overwhelm. Herbs are needed but not heavy. Give this a try. It's very easy and tastes so good. Show more

Ingredients

  • 6  eggs
  • 1  teaspoon  hot sauce (Frank's is far and away the best)
  • 1  teaspoon basil, chopped fresh
  • 1  teaspoon sage, chopped fresh
  • 1  slice American cheese, cut up
  • 1  tablespoon butter, melted
  •  salt and pepper
  • 1  tablespoon chives, chopped fresh

Directions

  1. Scramble eggs.
  2. Mix in hot sauce, basil, sage, cheese, melted butter, and salt and pepper.
  3. Cook in nonstick pan sprayed with Pam to your liking.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives and serve.
