Scrambled Egg Sandwich

This is a favorite of mine. It's very different though, very different.

Yields: 1 sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2  large eggs
  • 1  teaspoon water
  •  salt and pepper
  • 2  slices  whole wheat bread
  • 1  tablespoon maple syrup

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with the water and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place bread in toaster.
  3. Sramble eggs and set aside.
  4. Spread maple syrup on both slices of bread.
  5. Place eggs on 1 slice of bread and top with the other.
  6. Serving Suggestions: Orange juice, hash browns, bacon, sausage, coffee.
