Ingredients

• 3  eggs
• 1⁄4 cup low-fat milk
• 1⁄2 cup  diced green onion
• 1⁄2 cup  shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 (20 ounce) bag  Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns

Directions

1. cook harsh brown in preheat oil pan , stir it around until little crunchy then pour it on plate.
2. Then use same pan, pour mixture of the frist four ingredients together stir until it firm.
