Scented Babana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1  ripe banana
  • 150  ml  natural yoghurt
  • 15  ml  apple juice (or more to taste)
  • 1  tablespoon honey
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3  tablespoons pecan nuts

Directions

  1. Blitz together the first 4 ingredients.
  2. Add the pecans and give a final blitz.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and dust with cinnamon.
