Scd Gluten Free Tuna Patties

Ingredients
- 2 (450 g) cans tuna in water
- 2 cups almond meal
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 4 tablespoons dried parsley
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Directions
- Upend tuna into bowl and separate using a fork.
- Mix almond meal in to the tuna and springwater and then mix in all other ingredients except for oil and lemon.
- Form into 12 tuna patties and fry turning once during cooking.
