Scandinavian Butter Cookies

Somehing is missing in this cookie-- sorry about that. Simple cookie to make! The topping changes the taste of the cookie.

• Yields: 24-36 cookies

Ingredients

• 1  cup butter
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 3  ounces cream cheese
• 1 3⁄4 cups flour

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients together at once.
3. Form into balls.
4. Press down with glass dipped in sugar and top with nuts or candied cherry or dip balls in crushed nuts and press cherry into top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
