Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 -7 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 1⁄4 cups evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- pepper, to taste
Directions
- Put sliced potatoes into a 1 quart casserole dish.
- Pour evaporated milk over them.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 45 to 55 minutes, or until done.
