Scalloped Corn

This recipe is from my Aunt Thelma, who used to make whenever we visited, because she knew I liked it. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for bigger crowds. Show more

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 1  can  cream-style corn
  • 1 12 cups  crushed  saltine crackers
  • 1  egg
  • 34 cup  grated cheddar cheese, divided

Directions

  1. Combine first three ingredients and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  2. Pour into buttered or sprayed casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle remaining cheddar on top.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown on top.
