Scalloped Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 -2 sleeves saltine crackers, crushed
- cream or milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1⁄3 cup butter
Directions
- Slice cabbage fine and cook in salted water until tender.
- In a deep casserole dish, layer cabbage, crackers to cover, and cheese.
- Repeat layerss ending with cabbage on top.
- Dot with butter and cover with cheese.
- Pour cream or milk until it comes to the top of dish.
- Do not cover with milk.
- Bake at 350 for 30 mintues.
