Scallop Stir-Fry With Black Bean and Stout Sauce

  1. Combine black beans, beer, soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes in blender or food processor; set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add red bell pepper, snow peas and carrots; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add scallops and black bean sauce; stir-fry 6-10 minutes or until scallops are done and mixture is heated through.
