Scallion-Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup rice vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 finely chopped scallion
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
- Serve as a dipping sauce for tofu, potstickers, dumplings or egg rolls.
