Ingredients
- 6 leg lamb chops, trimmed of fat
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mixed spice
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 140°C.
- Place meat in an oven dish.
- Mix rest of ingredients and pour over.
- Cover dish and bake in slow oven for 2 hours.
