Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup chorizo sausage
- 1 cup mushroom
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 green onions
- 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
- Rip up the french bread into small pieces.
- Lightly beat the eggs and milk together.
- Saute the mushrooms in the butter.
- Mix the bread with the milk and eggs, chorizo, mushrooms, onions and cheddar cheese.
- Spoon into muffin tins and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
