  1. Rip up the french bread into small pieces.
  2. Lightly beat the eggs and milk together.
  3. Saute the mushrooms in the butter.
  4. Mix the bread with the milk and eggs, chorizo, mushrooms, onions and cheddar cheese.
  5. Spoon into muffin tins and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
