Savory Leek Stuffing

I found this in a Weis leaflet. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 4  cups chicken broth or 4  cups water
  • 14 cup butter
  • 1 78 ounces  knorr  leek soup mix (recipe mix)
  • 15  ounces  unseasoned  seasoned stuffing mix

Directions

  1. Bring broth, butter and Knorr Leek recipe mix to a boil over high heat in 3-quart saucepan, stirring frequently. Remove from heat then, stir in stuffing mix until moistened.
  2. Spoon into prepared dish. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until heated through and golden brown.
