Savory Fresh Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except parsley in a skillet.
- Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
