Savory Cranberry Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 1⁄4 cups onions, diced
- 1 1⁄4 cups celery, diced
- 2 tablespoons summer savory
- 1 1⁄2 cups chicken broth
- 3⁄4 cup dried cranberries
- salt and pepper
- 8 cups day-old bread, cubed
Directions
- Heat butter; sauté onion, celery and savory for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and cranberries; simmer for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
- Pour over cubed bread, and mix until liquid is absorbed.
- Place mixture in a 9x9-inch pan and bake at 300F for 35-40 minutes.
