Savory Chicken Dinner

Chicken and red potatoes baked in a savory sauce. This is a fast and easy dinner. I found this recipe in Taste Of Home Quick Cooking 2005. My future hubby and I really enjoyed this dish we thought it was so tasty. When I made this I made several minor changes to the recipe. I used 3 chicken quarters (bone-in) that I cut into pieces to make a thigh and leg, 8 small red potatoes and 2 small onions. Next time I make this I plan to bump up the onions as we enjoy baked onions. I may add some sliced carrots to the mix. Show more
