Save Your Pans

One of the things I dislike about making brownies and other bar cookies, is what I wind up doing to my pans! After a couple of uses, they are all cut up from cutting the bar. I have tried lining the pan with foil and removing them before cutting, but that didn't work well for 9x13 pans, so I came up with this and guess what? It works! Show more

Ingredients

  •  aluminum foil, double thick
  •  cooking spray

Directions

  1. Line the bottom of your pan, twice, with the foil.
  2. Spray with cooking spray of choice.
