Sauteed Tuna Steaks With Orange-Jalapeno Relish

  1. Combine tarragon, fruit sections, raspberries, and jalapeno.
  2. Mix and let stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle each steak with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roll in the flour.
  5. Shake off any excess flour.
  6. Heat the oil in lg non-stick pan.
  7. Put steaks in hot oil and cook 3 minutes per side until each side is lightly browned.
  8. Serve each steak with relish.
