Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 5 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Melt butter over medium heat in medium saucepan.
- Add chopped spinach.
- Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons whipping cream, Kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
- Cook and stir for 30 seconds or until heated through.
- Serve over baked chicken.
