Sauteed Garlic Scapes

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 cups chopped garlic scapes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add scapes and salt. Cook, tossing often, until scapes are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Serve.
