Sauteed Beans and Veggies

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (19 ounce) can fava beans or 1 (19 ounce) can butter beans (also great)
- 1⁄2 lb frozen peas
- 1 lb frozen asparagus
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Heat oil in pan.
- Sautee onion until tender.
- Add beans, peas and asparagus and cook over medium heat until beans begin to wrinkle.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
