Sauteed Baby Carrots

This is a quick and delicious I adapted from Oprah magazine. It is great with a roast or poultry.

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 2  tablespoons butter
  • 1 -2  lb  baby carrots
  • 2  tablespoons honey
  • 14 cup water

Directions

  1. Heat 1 T butter with water in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add carrots, cover and cook until softened- about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove cover and cook, stirring often 5-10 minutes or until golden.
  4. Add rest of butter and honey and transfer to serving dish.
