Sauteed Artichokes in Lemon Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 can quartered artichoke heart, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
- salt and pepper
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1⁄2-1 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Heat oil in a sauteé pan over medium high heat.
- Add garlic and artichokes and season with salt and pepper.
- Sauteé garlic and artichokes 3-5 minutes, add remaining ingredients and lower heat to medium low.
- Simmer about 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
