Sauted Mushroom Horderves

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup cooking sherry wine
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 lbs mushrooms
Directions
- melt butter in large skillet,add sherry,soy and spices.stir to combine.add sour cream and stir till melted.bring to a simmer and add mushrooms.halve small mushrooms and quarter if large.cook 5-6 min till heated thru.if using for horderve,put in chafe dish or crock pot to keep warm.these will go fast so just add more mushrooms to sauce as needed.
