Saute Chicken Brazilian

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice (cooked)
- 6 chicken breasts
- 2⁄3 cup oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (quartered)
- parsley
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3⁄4 cup wine
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 cup cooked ham (chopped)
Directions
- Season Chicken with salt and pepper. Saute chicken in oil - 12 minutes.
- Add onion, tomatoes, ham and parsley for 6 minutes.
- Mix flour with 1/4 cup chicken broth. Add to skillet with rest of broth, wine, paprika and chili - Simmer 10 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
