- Wash bok choy. Chop and place in plastic bag. Microwave until tender, about 30 seconds. Rinse under cold water. Drain and cut up. Squeeze out water.
- Cut crab sticks in half lengthwise. Tear up.
- In preheated frying pan, add sesame oil, greens and seafood sticks. Sauté briefly and sprinkle with salt.
