Sausage, Vegetable & Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 lb cheese tortellini
- 2 cups water
- 3 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1⁄2 cup diced onion
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 14 1⁄2 ounces diced tomatoes
- 14 ounces chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 1 cup carrot, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Crumble and brown sausage in a large pot over medium heat. Drain fat.
- Except for the tortellini, add the rest of the ingredients to the pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Add tortellini to the pot and boil for 3 minutes. Decrease the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
