Sausage & Spinach Soup

  1. Remove casings from sausage. Cook it in a large sauce pan until browned, stirring to crumble. add the onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in water, beans, tomatoes, broth. Cover and bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in spinach, basil and oregano.
  4. Sprinkle each serving with grated Romano cheese.
