Sausage Quiche

A quick, easy breakfast, or dinner dish.

  1. Prebake crust 8-10 minutes. Brown and drain sausage and saute onions, pepper, mushrooms and spinach. Divide into 2 shells. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups cheese into each pie shell.
  2. Beat eggs, milk, cream, and parsley together and pour over sausage mixture.
  3. Bake 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees.
