Sausage N' Taters

Ingredients
- 6 red potatoes, sliced and cut into strips
- 1 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1⁄2 onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Directions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add vegetables and cook until almost tender (this will take about 15 minutes). Make sure you toss the vegetables occasionally to keep them from burning. Add Kielbasa and cook until meat is somewhat brown. Add seasoning to taste.
