Sausage Egg Casserole

  1. Grease 13x9 inches pan.
  2. Brown and drain sausage.
  3. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard.
  4. Add bread broken into small pieces. Stir until soft.
  5. Add sausage and cheese, stir.
  6. Fill greased pan with ingredients.
  7. Can refrigerate at this point overnight if needed.
  8. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minute.
