Sausage Brown Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1 stalk celery, chopped (optional)
- 1⁄3 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1⁄2 cup American cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Add to an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
