Sauerkraut Relish

Yields: 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb) jar sauerkraut
- 1⁄2 cup chopped celery
- 1⁄4 cup finely-chopped onion
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
Directions
- Drain sauerkraut and chop fine.
- Add celery, onion, green pepper and sugar.
- Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate 24 hours before using.
