  1. Mix sauerkraut, cheese, onion, green pepper, eggs, crackers and sugar.
  2. Add mayonnaise to moisten.
  3. Shape into ball and sprinkle or roll into chopped walnuts.
  4. Refrigerate and serve with crackers.
