Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups cocoa powder
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained, chopped
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 10 ounces miniature marshmallows
Directions
- Boil sugar, cocoa and evaporated milk to soft boil stage.(234*).
- Add chocolate chips and vanilla and stir till chips are melted.
- Beat in marshmallows and kraut(KRAUT MUST BE WELL RINSED AND DRAINED.ALMOST DRY.).
- Beat till thoroughly combined.and pour into buttered pans to set.
- Cool and cut into squares.
